Nothing but Lynn the second shift lady and the over night lady they were nice and helpful to me during my stay
The first night given dirty rooms the wrong rooms hair and food everywhere which is nasty and had to leave my room for several hours so they could clean up very terrible experience and the overnight man was lazy had an attitude and not helpful he put me in the wrong rooms and he was sleeping in the lobby very unprofessional and the washing machines and dryer were filthy unacceptable for the price tag..
Property was nice and modern. the one staff they had working was polite
We arrived and the lady working the front informed us there were no clean rooms. It appears the cleaning staff had left for the day or quit I'm not sure but for whatever reason they didn't have enough clean rooms and this was around 7:00 pm. Sounds like they need better management. I want to be clear I do not fault the girl working the front poor thing looked overwhelmed I really felt bad for her. She tried her best to book us in the sister property across the street but to no avail. We ended up staying next door at the comfort suites.
We didn’t stay for breakfast due to time and travel and the location is good right next to the highway. There’s still a little construction in the area but it’s not a problem.
The entrance was a little difficult to see from the main road but that should be fixed as soon as construction ends in the area.
