The room is very clean and neat. Staffs are friendly and help.

The room wife was weak and couldn't use it because guessing the room is far from office..

Cigarette burns in the sheets. no king beds TV remote broken Bathroom exhaust fan inop Toilet paper holder broken door not properly sealed. A visible crack ran across the ceiling from one end of the room to the other. Coffee maker broken

Filthy! Stayed only one night and that was only because I was exhausted! Ask me for pictures and I will prove how dirty the place was.. ... And you couldn't escape the smell of curry even in the parking lot! Plus people making noise in parking lot

The hotel address online is Best Western. The website doesn’t change the new address yet. Took me a legible to find out new location

The cooperativeness of taking care of my concerns

Rust around shower head n light fixtures in bathroom, tub felt like I was sinking was stopping up, chair at table was wobbly n a fall hazards as well as rust around fridge.

Nothing! Are you kidding me ? The worst c�ckroach infested run down dump you could ever image.

It's a old super 8 they put lipstick on.. poor painting missing fixtures cockroaches outlets hanging out the wall.. no way they passed final inspection. Pictures upon request.

The bathtub was filthy. They charged $300 for our dogs. It was supposed to be $--- for the one night. We went there due to my father in law being placed on hospice.

They had a smoking room

The roaches in the room, the bathroom door hanging on by one hinge and the wifi doesn't reach past the office

The other guests were friendly.

Paying extra for towels. Booked a room for four but only got two towels. We evacuated for a hurricane. Packing towels did not cross my mind. Roaches, our room wasn?t swept, no trash can, comforters stained.

Tv didn't work for 2 days due to manager didn't pay bill. The a/c flooded room said they didn't have maintenance man. Grounds were dirty, heavy police presence

The wifi did not make it to my room.

It offered absolutely no breakfast though it was advertised Room had no cable available though it was advertised. Upon check-in I was handed two towels and a roll of toilet paper. No washcloth, no shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

Nothing absolutely nothing!

The door wouldn?t lock all the way there was at least six sketchy guys outside with their shirts off the whole time, staring at me and my preteen daughters it was a huge safety concern. The staff was not understanding about it at all!

The room was nasty and run over with roaches. It was so disgusting that we didn't stay the whole week. We got there Sunday, finished our business as quickly as possible, and left on Wednesday.

There really was nothing that I liked about this hotel.

I did not like that there was an extreme amount of drug dealing and using out in the open all times of day and night. There was constantly people on the property who were not guests and were not there to visit anyone.

Location- right off highway

Uncomfortable bed. Floor and bathtub weren't clean. Terrible towels. Way beyond needing upgrades. Lamps and luggage rack were rusted. Was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. looks like a flop house.

Easy check in. Lower level

Felt uneasy upon parking. Kids were running around screaming. Guy cleaning his car out was staring at us the whole time we were outside. I started to get worried about my safety. No door knob on the br. Bugs all over the floor.

It had decent beds

1st room had no TV remote, so tried another room and the key card didn't work and neither did the next 3 rooms I tried. Finally found a room w working key and it had no fridge. Sketchy individuals hanging around.
