Cons -
- Breakfast staff stood around while food trays were empty, no plates, juice dispenser was empty, no napkins, utensils. One of two waffle makers was broken. Had to tell them each time. No proactive work done to assure breakfast had proper supplies. However there are plenty of tip envelopes on the tables. This is over two days that I was here.
- Room was not ready on time but it wasn't that big of a deal. It was clean.
- The property is expensive and dated. The shower ran all night long hitting the metal panel,making a horrible noise. I had to fix the toilet because the handle broke off the chain. We got in late and didn’t want to have anyone look at the issues,just wanted to sleep.
