Absolutely nothing Terrible stay

Yes they had roaches and when I had told the staff they laughed it off as if it was ok to them also my family and I were disturbed 3 times by the staff knocking on our door 2 of the times they knocked once and opened the door between 8am and 9am

Check in was easy

I didn?t like the smell of marijuana that was smoked previously in my no smoking room. Also the smell of mold was overwhelming coming from the ac unit. As you walked passed the other non smoking rooms there was also a stench of marijuana

Close to the event we were there for

Was not clean we found old cigarette butts in our room and feet turned black after getting out of the shower very dirty

Old, very dated rooms, people hanging out in parking lot at midnight, no parking, overall very shady place.

Room was not properly serviced/replenished, bathroom deterioration, very poor breakfast selections

The staff very friendly & helpful

Breakfast ended early at 9am. Smoking room sheets were used in our non smoking room. The smell permrated the linens.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Breakfast needs to be longer in time and more variety

Condition and cleanliness of room was unacceptable. Mold in bathroom, wet orange gunk on ice bucket tray. Room needed some normal maintenance upgrades.

Staff was nice

No garbage cans, carpets was filthy shower was moldy and I had to put a towel in the tub before I could shower. Couldn't walk in the floors without shoes on. Microwave had rust on it. Crumbs were on the counter and one of the chairs.

Good location for my activities. Great place to stay if you are a smoker. Bad place to stay if you are a non-smoker (like me).

The place stinks of cigarrette smoke. Even the room tagged as non-smoker smelled of cigarrette.

Supposedly deluxe (which i did not expect) no microwave no coffee maker. Saw roaches no do not disturb sign room key card was disabled 40 min. Before checkout time did not feel safe taking dog out at night and having to walk all around to dog walk area

No hot water until the morning we checked out, was told after complaining that it would be fixed, was in town for a funeral and couldn't even shower or bathe. In room telephone was broken as well as the microwave.

It smells of mildew, smoke and marijuana.

It was quiet

The fact we had 2nd floor room. Very difficult when you have medical issues

Good price. Good AC, good beds, good wi-fi, good TV, good hot water. Everything in the room worked.

Initially, the housekeeper assigned to our room ignored "do not disturb" signs and entered our room without permission. The front desk manager was notified, and they corrected the housekeepeer's conduct for the rest of our stay.

The location was about it

No GYM, the elevator was broken, the bathroom was old and had rust in the tube area. That should be enough.

Beds weren't comfortable. There were roaches in the room and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly

First staff outstanding location is good it was clean and humble rest good always will return

Staff is friendly and willing to get what you need in a timely manner. Easy access to highway

Flithiest room I have seen in 50 years. Gross dead food on top of towel shelf. Cigarette ashes all over floor by window. Gross sticky stuff under bed wheels. Gross pubic hairs embedded in supposedly clean towels.
