Cons -

There was caution tape around doors. The toilet wasn't bolted to the ground. The shades didn't have a stick or wand to open/close them and I had to kill cock roaches.
Roaches in the room, virtually no water pressure or warm water, rooms an entire hotel in need of major renovations and modernization. Did not feel safe with children and saw multiple police squad cars show up at the hotel during our visit - disconcerting

The professionalism of management and staff reflected a well facilitated property. I enjoyed every asking of my stay and would recommend to anyone who asked.
