Best Western Heritage Inn & Suites

In a good location if you want to do things around the area without staying at any particular busy city area

Only main issue was that I put the door sign for room service to come in and clean and replace towels/sheets and such while I was out, but they didn't end up doing so both days. Not too big of a deal though.

The pool was green and was not useable we rented 6 rooms 2 nights with a lot of kids but pool was green front desk said they could not do the chemicals right to keep it clean

Dirty swimming pool. Not sure if was even open for the season. Breakfast? Very picked over and sicky tables

Very poor breakfast for a best western. Pancake machine and yogurt dispenser broken/not working. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Very expensive paid $--- for Best Western that was more like a motel.

Staff. All interactions were excellent

Some disrepair in the room. Toilet leak and burned out light bulbs. Carpet between beds was very musty smelling.

Location is great. The breakfast and the lady who staffs the breakfast is wonderful.

The room and hotel is very worn down and not really kept up. Examples - lots of scuffs on the floors and walls. The toilet paper was on the floor because there was no TP roll holder in the wall-mount. There was hair (not ours) on the floor.

Only one ice machine was working. Pool was closed for repair without pre arrival notice.

Has been remodeled. Nice and clean. All rooms and building has been updated.

Why on earth would you have someone mow the grass at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning? I thought the price was high for what we got but I guess if youre the only game in town you can charge more.

Girl was nice when we had to move rooms due to repairs¿ I was told I got the third party room? This place is $--- and should be a motel.

Smells like mildew as u walk into door, room had a huge hole in wall, no outlet covers, shower door wouldn¿t stay closed and 24/7 busted fire alarm making sounds so loud our fans couldn¿t cover it. Missing itRon on wall with sharp piece tore my pants.

Front desk lady were very nice and helpful rooms were big and clean

I didn't like the smell in the hall it smelled like mildew and mold

The morning front desk employee was very kind and helpful! hotel employee is a gem.

We had to be moved from our first room due to the refrigerator not working, the bathtub wall had delaminated from the wall behind and the phone did not work. Also, neither the pool nor the hottub were heated.

I called to make sure someone would be there to check us in at the desk since we were arriving after midnight. When we got there the sign said be back in 10 minutes. We waited from 3:00am to 4:15 am and nobody ever showed. We finally left.

The hotel room I stayed and had mold in the ceiling all the way around by the windows it smell bad and I woke up in the morning with ants getting in my phone and my watch would not stay here again again

Room was comfortable and clean

The pool was dirty with bugs and hair and dirt on bottom. It was not cleaned while I was there.

HORRIBLE! Jacuzzi King suite: Missing tv remote, hour + to receive. Jacuzzi leaks, AC leaked\floor soaked Woken up 3 times staff opening door w/ do not disturb sign & then opened Again at 11:30 & then kicked out for night clerk not getting cars info

The doors were bowed at the top the pool was closed and most of everything they have on there website is not true
