    Pros +

    • It's a great location and the private marina is right across from the cabins so you can see your boat. The key deer greet you at all hours of the day and night. My kids loved watching them. The newer duplexes on stilts were nicely done and very clean.
    • They moved us into a Better room. Nice view, rocking chairs on deck.
    • My kids loved that there were deer everywhere and there was a pool. It?s not a far drive from the key west area.

    Cons -

    • There was a management change in the last couple months and it seemed like there was a little confusion with the slip we were assigned. They found us another slip and it was all good.
    • It took a long time to get the TV to work. Having to use both remotes was not easy Maybe leave instructions in the room for how to operate the Tv
    • It is a marina and some unites are very old and need upgrades.

My ac unit in the bedroom would not move off of 64. The remote did not work so we froze.

Bring on the houseboat room was great- the pool area was amazing. The weather was horrible but we were good inside the houseboat.

Manager was so overwhelmed that I did not get proper answers and felt rushed in and out. Had to ask for pillows and the TV didnt work. They are only there until 5pm so we had no Tav all night during a rain so heavy we could not go outside.

    Super cool concept!

The floor feels like you might fall through in some places and the carpet in the one bedroom is sort of gross. It¿s a boat so the rest was fine but I think if you updated a few details it would be perfect !!!

Location. Comfortable beds with extra pillows, kitchenette.

Calling the initial room (we had to upgrade at our cost after getting there) a "double" was very misleading. It had only one bed and a pull out futon, not two beds as a double implies. What we had to upgrade to would generally be a standard double.
