The bed and room was exceptionally comfortable and the staff was very attentive.

The breakfast could have more options

only that I booked a handicapped room by mistake. Unfortunately, they said they didn¿t have any normal rooms and I wanted a bath!! But, honestly, it was my bad. ¿¿

Nothing. Room 208 had a lot of mold around tub shower and surrounding wall.

Ice maker on 4th floor only one that was in working condition. Hamptons are usually very clean. This one was filthy. Even dirt and trash in hallways on every floor not vacuumed. Unfriendly staff on second shift on 11-22-20. Not helpful at all.

The location and it was quiet despite being on the 1st floor which I hate. The front desk attendant offered to make our bed when I had to remove all the linen due to stains...stains that appeared fresh.

Sheets=stained (looked like makeup) and headboard had visible fingerprints. I got fresh linen and I'm one who wipes everything down anyway, so no big deal An inconvience, but it didn't ruin the stay. Suggestion=move the bed in rm 100 to wall facing T

New facility with up-to-date furnishings including lots of options for electronic charging, larger flatscreen TV, fridge, microwave, and other amenities making our 3 night stay very pleasant.

The location is a little ‘’hard to locate’.

Great central location between Brandon, Lakeland, Winter Haven, and Lake Wales. Much more relaxed than being in the busier areas of Lakeland and Winter Haven. Friendly and helpful staff. More than adequate selection of breakfast items--for free.

Great hotel! All new, all clean and the staff was courteous and happy to see us. Fresh coffee in the lobby, excellent breakfast and we were very surprised it was in such a great location. While not a big city, it is located in a charming town.

Everything was excellent.

Convenient hotel. Decent complimentary breakfast buffet (needed bacon). Small pool, good for children. Room had a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, TV, etc. Near a lot of fast food places and a Beef O' Brady's. Not much to complain about.

Dangerous part of town at night (to be expected in Bartow). Lots of crazies out there, so don't walk the streets after dark!

Wifi is very weak on 4th floor, couldn't connect most of the time

Beautiful room with unique layout. While breakfast was the standard hot breakfast, the quality was above average and very good. They even had turkey sausage which was really nice !

Bed was quite hard but that is just personal taste. We will definitely stay here again.
