The rooms are VERY outdated. No WiFi for the TV to operate, I had to use my phone as a hotspot. The room DID NOT look ANYTHING like the photos on the website. Pool EMPTY

Room had bed bugs, dirty sheets dinghy towels

Nothing i ended up leaving this hotel and checking into a other one this one had blood on the walls on the bed and the manager said they couldn?t do anything about it

Worse hotel I have ever checked into extremely nasty had lots of roaches blood on was and mattress I ended up leaving to a other hotel and lost my 100$

The mgr did his best with the hurricane. But the rooms have not been updated at all. Remote to TV broke, so spare remotes, paid dble the price per night because of hurricane. Sat $--- a nite, Sun with hurricane $--- we went in debt .

Nothing, we did not stay there due to the filthiness of the room. Also, the room we reserved was not available. The grounds were filthy. The pool was not available as it was empty of water, but full of trash.

The front desk person (possibly the manager / owner) let us check in early. We were attending a funeral and checking in before the celebration of life ceremony which was nice. The cleaning staff helped us locate the front desk staff so we could check out.

Exterior of the hotel needs attention but the rooms were clean inside. Front desk staff should be available during check out times.

Besides the obvious showing it's a 2.5 start hotel my expectations were not high but the old sheets that were on the bed were in the dresser drawers not even folded or clean. Better off taken away.

Location to the job

Was dirty. Sheets on bed were from previous occupants, hair in shower, roaches everywhere! ¿Cleaning¿ lady took my toiletries and my drinks/food from fridge. When confronted owners they contacted her. Evidently she got hungry and needed to wash it down

Dirty, bugs crawling all over and on the bed. Immigrant farmers up drinking outside all night and passing out outside our room. Shoes along every wall outside air drying. It was scary to have our kids there and we did not feel safe

The person checking me in was so very kind and helpful.

Rundown. No ice machine. The TV was fuzzy. AC worked. Very loud activity around this motel. Lots of smokers. Duct taped window in the bathroom, uncomfortable mattress. Not worth $-- spent. Beware.

Yes, this hotel did not have any electricity, the room was dirty and pieces of the wall was falling when the door opened and closed. I am a vip member and this was the absolute worst experience

They charge me $30 dollars cash more, because they say that wasn't have the real price I paid for the room in total --- dollars, 62.50 card and 30 dollars cash, I found bedspread burnt with cigarette dirty and roaches everywhere

It was dirty. Bedding filthy. Slept in the rental car in parking lot due to the conditions. I am requesting a full refund. No staff at the desk was available to see about getting another room.

There were bugs in my room and roaches I had to be switched to another room and when I got there they didn’t clean up after the people before me. On top of that it looks nothing like the pictures
