The clothes dryer needs go be serviced. It takes 2 cycles($4) to thoroughly dry your clothes

Good value.

We had a large insect (cockroach) make an appearance from under the window blind. Unfortunately my daughter has an aversion to insects and was out of sorts.

I had to change rooms because the first one was bad the new room was nice

Room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The toilet was clogged and we had to go use the bathroom at the lobby. It was fixed but kept clogging. We reported it. Also, there were no towels at the pool.

Everything was great here! Loved the room, staff, breakfast.

It was a quiet facility.

The clerk who checked us in made us wait until she sorted and stapled her paorrworrk as if we were not standing there!.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, above and beyond.

I don't like the fact that I put in the wrong date and they wouldn't change it to accommodate me nor wouldn't refund me either so I paid for a room I couldn't use and ended up staying elsewhere

ample parking , staff was wonderful an courteous. It was exactly what i needed for the night. The rooms are very large with a pull out sofa.

I was disappointed to see the guest washing machine was not working. Having been there the previous week and it was out of order then as well. Perhaps the Holiday made getting replacements difficult. Just saying it was disappointing

Friendly and clean, hot breakfast every morning and located near everything.

I would switch the suites around so the AC isn't blowing directly on the bed. Came home with bad colds.

How quickly they responded to camouflage the marijuana smell when I reported that the hallway was smelling like cannabis. The manager was very concerned about me leaving a good review at the end of the stay. They were very courteous and welcoming. Agosto

I didn?t like the room cleanliness standards of inspection because I discovered the glass was covered with small kids greasy hands when I open the window. I was able to see this. No food, pancakes and coffee was found during breakfast. We left hungry ?

Clean and excellent service, honest employees. We left out wallet and they returned it to the front desk. Breakfast was really good

All the amenities. Gym, laundry, meeting room, on site car rental.

The AC was so loud like a helicopter taking off so I couldn¿t sleep at all. The shower water in tub was about 4 inch would not go down.

Facilities and location for my needs

The bathroom bath and shower fixtures need attention. The bathtub water spouts are about to come off. I¿ve experienced this on more than one occasion

The shower drained really slow, bottom of bathroom door frame scraped floor, the main door was hard to close.
