Nothing, it wasn't worth the cost, the bed wasn't awful.

First room smelled like smoke. Heard every coming and going including "warming" up a car at 3am. Didn't even want to shower it felt so not clean. Walls were so thin we heard road noise all night plus every conversation in the parking lot.

Door was bent bottom of the door was open about 1/2 inch clearly someone had tried to kick it in. I was able to lock door. Phone in room would ring just once every 30 minutes from 11pm till 12.30am I had to unplug phone. AC didn't seem to be working so

Room and beds were comfy.

We booked 2 nights, prepaid,non- refundable. Left after 1st night. On busy road, got little sleep. Other guests were loud with their music in parking lot in early before 6am. Area felt unsafe and a bit sketchy. Too many people hanging around outside.

room appeared clean at first sight but the bed skirt had stains on it. Not enough full size towels.

Everything! Customer service modern, clean . Definitely! 4 star hotel! Love it!

Average overpriced room

Big fight in parking lot, one shot fired, at one time there was 14 law enforcement vehicles in parking lot which prevented me from being able to get my vehicle out of parking lot.

Very close to Rock Springs and shopping, etc.

Hotel sits on a busy highway. When we checked in, our sheets on the beds were damp and had to ask for another set of sheets. The next set of sheets had stains all over them. Floors very dirty and dusty from construction dust. There was a roach on counter!

Owner/manager was very friendly.

Breakfast offerings was disappointing. No hot food. I specifically asked for no housekeeping service but they came in anyway...on our last day there. A waste of time for them and a violation to me.

The location

The room is in real poor shape! Lots of mold on the ceiling and I killed 2 cock roaches on Saturday evening. Very gross!

I have been before, and this was a more positive experience. The staff is very nice. The room was pretty clean. The curtains in the room do not quite completely close, letting in the very bright night time security lighting.

Noisy rooms, but it is right off of a busy highway. Second floor locations seem a little less annoying.

Convenient location to family and church/school for graduation events.

Room seemed very humid despite the A/C working and cooling adequately.

Location and ease of access

Floor was super dirty and the room smell like its been locked up for a long time. At least air out or spray down the rooms you expect to issue.

The staff, from housekeeping to front desk were pleasant, helpful, and kind.

The only bad part was location. It is located next to a major thoroughfare and the traffic noise was loud and constant. The friendliness of the staff made up for the location.

The room was large, bed was comfortable, and it was near where I needed to be.

A few roaches came out at night

The front desk staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, it was pretty quiet, and the breakfast was nice.

I had an incident were a man tried to enter my room while I was asleep thankfully my husband was awake and blocked the man from opening the door,the man then yelled at him fire inspection my husband told him I was asleep the man then got angry and looked

Staff was great had a couple of food choices just across the street
