Cleanliness

Refrigerator was not working. Told the front desk. Did not get fix during my stay.

I loved the cleanliness of the room and the staff was great.

I didn?t like the breakfast nor the price of breakfast.

Undressed ready to shower and the shower did not work- no water.

Great showers, soft linens

Televisions are difficult to work.

I liked that it wasn?t so close to Disney World that you dealt with a lot of noisy travelers.

The bathroom door was a sliding barn door, which provided very little privacy. The hot water took 15 minutes to heat up, which was very annoying. There are no ceiling lights, so the room is dark even with the lamps on. I would not re-visit this hotel.

The staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly.

The refrigerator did not work, but I didn't notice until packing up to leave. I informed the front desk as I checked out and I'm confident they took care of it before putting anyone in that room.

Nothing to complain about

Our experience was not without issues, but the quickness and concern that the staff happily corrected them was refreshing. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We have stayed at this property several times.

Locality to our event

Bathroom toilet seat top had a hard yellow stain on bottom of it, there was a hard brown stain on the floor in front of the TV,the temperature of the refrigerator was cool at best. The room was almost $--- and did not include breakfast. Disappointed.

Chair was very uncomfortable and we had to get changed out due to broken springs. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Need better hot choices especially for people with diabetes. Protein!!

The staff did not give me the hotel that I purchased through you guys instead of the one thing that they put me in a two queen bedroom they refused to change it. I still got charged the same price the front desk staff was worst at best and the hotel manag

The room was spacious and clean and modern. I liked that the hotel was near enough to many restaurants parks but off the main road enough that it was quiet and relaxing. The room also had many light switches; you could turn on only what you needed!

Breakfast was not free. If you're a HH member you can exchange points for breakfast. The staff was not too welcoming. It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee 24 hrs. There was also a power outage during our stay just at hotel

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The bed was to hard, but that is par with any Hilton hotel.

Front desk had me wait for the room although it was ready. Staff didn't give me a time-frame of when the room would be ready. I called 2 hrs ahead of check in and still waited over an hour. The clerk handling my check out was great.
