The modern upgrades without taking away the historic beauty. Beds were comfortable.

It would have been good to know the parking was on the street. It wasn't an issue, but if the town was busier during our stay it could have been.

Shower floor had glass on it. I had to get it up before I took a shower. Glad i didnt get glass in my feet. no hot water either but that came on later. NOT A GREAT STAY. had issues before with tub,but the glass was not good.

No. When there was no availability anywhere that was pet friendly they accommodated it was not expected nor planned and they helped

The quaintness and location were fantastic. The welcome gave was phenomenal and the staff maintained that level of excellence. The restaurant Franklin was OUTSTANDING.

The peeling paint in the room wasn't the best.

The lobby bar is lively.

Room was tiny and expensive. Breakfast buffet and setup was very disappointing.

The location could not have been any better. It's within walking distance to everything. The staff could not have been more helpful or kinder. They were eager to assist and suggest to fulfill our needs.

Disappointing

Room was totally illuminated at night from outside globe lights No room darkening shades ….i mentioned to front desk personnel Stated will have maintenance check on timer next 2 nights lights still on till 6am ….was told I would get credited $25 a day rebate it never was processed through .Also during day cleaning / laundry staff slamming doors going in and out so bad walls would shake . Went on all day long For an upscale Inn showed no supervision or proper staff training .First negative review I have ever posted

We so enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Gibson Inn.There are many architectural features to enjoy! Our room was a mix of vintage/modern and I enjoyed wandering the halls and seeing the ornamental details. The pool area was inviting but the weather didn’t cooperate so we rode the complementary bikes through the historic neighborhood which was so relaxing! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.
