Cons -
- the check-in process was online and didn't work - I couldn't get the online key after several attempts. It took 3 phone calls to get hold of someone who could help. I had to drive to another location (admittedly close by) to get physical key cards.
- Floors felt a little dirty
- The room is in need of repair. The bathroom sink would not turn off at the faucet and the shut under the sink had to be used. The shower door was extremely corroded. The jacuzzi tub would not drain- floor needs to be level. The handle falls off.?.
