Convenient location and plenty of amenities: kitchen, 2 full baths, extra sleep space, nice swimming pool and patio; private balcony. Lots of storage space for unpacking clothes. Within walking distance to shops, park, boardwalk. Quiet location.

Ceiling fans not working. Smaller bathroom tub got clogged up each use leaving unsightly ring in tub. At times odor from river unpleasant and not able to use balcony. Couldn¿t get TV in bedroom to work. Nuisance tiny ants.

Rooms are fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone!

Wanted late check out, but they were unable to accommodate due to being fully booked.

Very spacious room , two bathrooms, full kitchen and large sitting area. View of marina, water and marsh. Pool was right outside door. Other than the ants this location and room was great.

Ants. My wife really doesn't like ants and this motel has ants. They tell you about it when you check in, they give you a can of bug spray and the exterminator comes around and there are still ants.

The location was nice and the view was wonderful! That is the only nice thing I can say at this point. Staff member needs a real attitude adjustment in my opinion! Lighting is a REAL issue.I always leave positive reviews but this experience...WOW!

When we arrived the fridge didn't work.There was problem with shower.Staff member said there may be a way to replace the fridge.Never heard back.I called/was told we would be moved.Had to repack/move/missed our dinner.Told would not be charged.LIE!!

The rooms were great, spacious bathrooms, kitchen was very nice as well.

Internet was a bit slow, but not really a big deal.

Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again--very spacious and my husband loved having 2 bathrooms.

Kitchen supplies needed a little replenishing ( they said they would correct that) and the continental breakfast is just a muffin, yogurt, and package of cut-up fruit put in your room each day.

I didn't reserve a handicap room but that's what we were assigned. Would have preferred a regular room as the handicap bathrooms didn't have any storage space for toiletries, even in the shower, especially the one off the bedroom. Also, why the separate "resort fee"? Hotel didn't provide anything extra to justify it. Either eliminate it or add to the room rate.

Convenient location to nearby shops and restaurants. The river view from private screen patios was fantastic. Spacious rooms and a full size kitchen were appreciated.

Room was so spacious. Amazing views from screened patio, beds comfortable, loved the bath towels.

Smell in elevator, fans in bathroom and outside patio needed to be cleaned. Pillows too soft.

Great location. Roomy comfortable location with a great balcony and the view is unmatched.

All Boaters, this is a great Hotel with Boat slips when you make a stop boating around Florida. We came with our 38 foot boot and no problem. Front desk check in is super friendly and from here you can boat around St. George Island and if you like explore downtown Apalachicola by foot.

Breakfast wasn't included but we knew that ahead. The kitchen had everything we needed! We loved the screened in porch with the water view. It was quiet and scenic!

We ended up in the accessible, which isn't bad. The bed was low, which was also alright...high beds have been equated with luxury, when they are just plan hard to get into! But the mattress in this room needs to be replaced.

We love the property and enjoy staying there.

Unfortunately this time there was a water problem (I understand that it was not the hotel’s problem it was a city problem)and the smell was very unpleasant. The hotel provided bottled water for drinking, coffee, etc however bathing was not great. Hopefully the next time we are there the problem will be gone. The staff and front desk folks were great and as I said we move the hotel.
