Location. Hard to find. Tiny room. Gaudy old furniture.

it was clean

the service was noot that great ..i had to wait 45 mins after check in to go in my room because the room door would not open. the toilet over flowed all over the bathroom floor on tothe carpet

Friendly and helpful desk check in and out.

Paper line walls, load people talking and emptying trash outside our door at 9pm. Groups congregating outside our room on steps talking all hours. Jimmy Dean yucky! The rest ok but can you get packaging fir adults everything was baby sized.

The staff were great- I had to book a last minute hotel and they were able to accommodate a late night check-in. I also requested an additional check out time which they were able to grant.

* my room had a cockroach * The room keys were suddenly deactivated and I couldn't get on my room. I had new keys provisioned. Turns out the keys aren't supposed to touch phones or credit cards because they deactivate key cards. * Lobby door gets stuck

The fact that it had a bathtub and a great location near a supermarket, drug store, mail depot and restaurant. In short, everything I needed was nearby in the shopping center, which was a great convenience to me.

Tub leaking water and filling up with water. Called front desk and they had a maintenance man come immediately and unblock the drain so water could drain. Front desk offered to switch me to another room, but I said no. The issue was resolved for me.

Yes the key did not work originally, I was charged twice and the front desk guy had no idea what he was doing!

How clean it was. And the evening front desk clerk made everything easy. Plus she was very pleasant

Roaches everywhere!!!! Small ones and medium ones. We checked in at 8:30 after an exhausting day and did not have the energy to ask for a refund. I've stayed in some cleanliness questionable hotels but this was the worst. Next door couple had roaches.

My room had roaches. It took me going to the front desk, four times to get moved and I told them they should not charge me for the night and they said they would get back to me. I was actually catching roaches and taking them to the front desk.

Good location. Good price.

The fan in the bathroom was very loud. One light in the bathroom worked only intermittently.

The desk clerk was not as friendly or helpful as I would have liked and I had to call the front desk repeatedly to get a light bulb that wasn't working replaced in my room.

My rooms bathroom needs to up dated and the tub leaking. Had to ask new towels the ones in the room didn?t look clean.

Housekeeping was not clean appliances did not work properly too many stains on the ceiling breakfast was horrible

Closeness to the DuPont estate

The hotel was a bit run down. The rooms were clean. The pool was missing small chunks of concrete around the edge of the pool. The breakfast was heated up Jimmy Dean sausages, small cartons of orange juice, yogurt and a pancake maker. That's it
