- It was close to the event we were attending (at Arden Gild Hall) and was reasonably priced.
Cons -

- The hotel was dirty. The room had food crumbs on the nightstand. The bed sheets had hair on them. The heat/ac did not work properly. It was 85 degrees in the room and had to put the AC on and it still did not cool it.
