Location tucked in off main road with beautiful scenery & walking yet close to restaurants & shopping Very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious.

I had requested and was told I could have a handicap bathroom and we did not recieve a handicap shower. I had an 83yo grandma which it is difficult and worry about falls. They were to call 2nd day if there was anything available and no call.

Children playing loudly in the coutyard pool until 10 pm.

We come in town every year to visit family. After a couple of unpleasant stays at other hotels, we found this one......and love everything about it! The staff, the suites, food, etc. - all excellent!

Just wish the pool area had a hot tub - other than that, it's truly a wonderful place to stay!

You couldn't find a more welcoming, hard working, professional staff. The building and ammentities are nice, but the staff is what made our stay exceptional.

Large space. Crib there as requested. Nice staff. Comfortable beds.

The North Wilmington location is convenient. The room was basically clean, if in need of an update. When I contacted the hotel to let them know about an incident in our room, the sales director reached out quickly--I appreciated her promptness and responsiveness.

The room was very outdated- and dingy-looking--rather depressing. The toilet paper roll bracket in the bathroom was broken; there was a dirty mug in the kitchenette cabinet; we needed to use the sofa sleeper, and I was told to make up the bed myself--which is fine, but considering the high rate I paid to stay in the hotel, it would have been swell if housekeeping could have taken care of it. Housekeeping only came once during our three-night stay and didn't replenish the body wash, which then ran out when we showered on our last day. Finally, on the one day during our stay that housekeeping made up our room, somehow, our alarm clock was set for 4am that night (which we didn't figure out until it went off). No one from our family had touched the alarm clock throughout our stay, and it didn't go off the previous nights we slept in the hotel. Overall, a very disappointing and expensive stay.

Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. It includes a safe box which is always handy. Toiletries are good quality and shower water pressure is good. The room has a kitchen with a medium size refrigerator, a small living area with an extra TV. Breakfast was good and some options that you would not normally see in these type of hotels (non-meat chorizo, several types of salsa, etc.)

One remote control was not working (forgot to tell the receptionist), I wish they had a small Restaurant inside the facilities but, beyond that everything was good

The rooms are extremely spacious and you get everything you could need. Kitchen supplies, tons of closet space, desk with comfortable chair, eating areas, etc. Great central area with plenty of parking. Solid breakfast!

Everything was great but furniture was a bit outdated. Didn’t get in the way or a great stay.

- very noisy room (107) located at groundfloor near backdoor with a lot of noise as of 04 AM (!) due to snowcleaning parking- bathroom with a shower curtain: this is really out of date...

The WiFi is trash, I am sorry but I have work to do but I couldn’t. You don’t control the AC. The room was so hot at midnight but there is no way , to adjust the AC
