The bathroom was very dirty, dead bugs on the floor dirty. Me and my husband both got bit by spiders while sleeping, he has at least 10 bites up his arm. We left at 5am.

yes. i told them there was a burn in my blanket….i stayed for almost a week with the same blanket. they come way before checkout to try and do housekeeping when they should wait for check out or after 11. some people like to sleep in

It’s a wonder that this place has county approval to remain open. I have seen NYC shelters that are cleaner and better maintained. It is run down, filthy, dank, dark, musty and smelly. The pics they post are equal to false advertising. Run!

The room was clean. But that’s completely it.

The water would not get hot. I had to take a lukewarm or cool, shower and the air conditioner wouldn’t stay off so it was pretty cold. There was a roach in the tub and the bed was uncomfortable because you can kind of feel the springs in them.

Clean and nice. Offered maid service a first since 2020!

NOISE. Road construction on Saturday morn. Severe noise in halls & pacing lot eve - morning both nights! I complained Saturday morning, but it was noisy most of the time! These are Private Eyes and Activists Lawyers FUND from FRAUD MONEY-JUDGE SHOPPING!

It was a dirty hotel. It had dog poop on the stairs. The outside doors wasn’t secured it was unlocked all night long. That hotel need to shut down. The room was dirty and it had stink. That was a bad choice of a hotel

The ceiling and walls in bathroom was rusted. I booked online for a queen and when I got there I was told they were all out and was giving a ?free up grade? to a double. That?s not a upgrade for one person

Some employees were pleasant, besides others who were very nasty/ combative when issues were brought up .

When I first checked into my first room water from the ceiling got onto my face, I was then switched into another room that?s was not better. A roach was in my restroom I had to bleach and clean the whole room again upon arrival. Plus men running in& out

The staff wasn?t too bad but what I did like was the heat

My First stay @ this hotel I saw roaches in the bathroom the bed sheets was dirty it was loud banging noise coming from upstairs it was just awful very uncomfortable

bathroom ceiling heat lamps would not turn off. we could not sleep out of concern of fire. finally, someone came and unscrewed the hot heat lamp bulbs, yet nothing was done to correct defective switch. we lost sleep dealing with management

The staff were really nice and helped me turn on the heat in the room - which worked well and made the room warm. I took a nice hot shower. The bed was comfortable and had a good night sleep.

The sliding door to the balcony didn?t fully close (there was a small gap) and cold air coming into the room from the outside. This wasn?t a problem though because the heater worked well.

It had a bathtub and hot water. That was the only thing I liked about it.

I requested a non-smoking room and had a room that was filled with cigarette smoke. It smelled so bad I had to get Smoke Odor Eliminator spray from a nearby smoke shop to reduce the odor. Filthy rugs, broken furniture, etc. Rude staff. Stay Away!

Roaches in the rooms drug dealers n user every where

I felt a little unsafe as a single female traveler. I was told to drive around to the entrance (rather than enter from inside) the doorway was in a corner surrounded by bushes and not well lit. My key did not work. Someone (a guest) let me in.

One of the staff members was very polite, and the hotel was in a nice distance from the event I attended.

The room has a horrible smell that stayed throughout my visit. I had to purchase air freshners and Fabreeze to continuously spray. There was a TV dinner of food and cups left under the bed. Two of the 3 staff members we interacted with were very passive.

Convenient location

The staff told me that they didn¿t change bed sheets on Saturdays and Sundays and then i woke up to bed bugs crawling on my son. I had to wake my sleeping children up at 1 in the morning and book a reservation at a completely different hotel.

The front desk gave some random person who was not staff a key to my room. I woke up around 1:30 am to find not one, not 2 but 3 bed bugs crawling on the top of the covers. My children and i had to get up at 1:30 in the morning to go to another hotel!

They had bed bugs. I tried to reach someone to get my money back but I had no luck¿. Waste of money and I had to sleep in my car.¿¿

Everything¿ I thought I was in the projects. Horrible!!!
