Faust (sp) and the other gentleman at the front desk. Oh, also the hot breakfast and the incredibly helpful breakfast cook who went out of her way to get me a fresh jar of salsa Verde after a really rough night.

Incidentals at 50 per a night is insane. That is the same cost as a rental car, with insurance. 50 per a room, nightly? On top of your advertised fare? You don't even have a wet bar. So charging 3 or 4 star prices for a 2 to 3 experience is... Also..

We had to move our room at midnight because there were children jumping on the floor for over an hour. The front desk person really wasn’t willing to ask them to stop. So we had to move our room.

Staff seemed depressed. Met the front desk supervisor and all I can say is: do better! She was horrible and seemed incompetent. She couldn't address concerns or resolve issues. Just bad.

If I were to stay there again, I would ask for the top floor and a room in the rear.. Room 320 was in the front. The traffic noise in the middle of the night woke me up several times. The guests above me walked like they had cement shoes...

Location, cleanliness, quiet rooms and friendly staff. Beds and shower were nice. Also, seemed like a safe area. I like that I can use my accounts to streams shows on the TV.

Not the hotels fault, but the entire town of Middletown was without power for over 9 hours (2 PM - 11 PM) during stay and I was unable to work. They did not have a printer for guest use - which I thought unacceptable for a business hotel.

Printer is always broken or not working. This was a business trip and printing is important. Not comfortable sending docs to front desk to be printed.Stayed 3 nights and only microwaveable options available on 2 out of 3 days. No eggs or protein offered.

Great Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable room, good shower, nice breakfast - overall a seemingly great hotel - until the internet stopped working during a business webinar meeting.
