I appreciate the safety features and convenience of the location. The majority of the staff was welcoming. The facilities were nice and breakfast came with a lot of variety.
The front desk associate wasn't the most welcoming. He didn't introduce himself. He complained. For him being the first person we met, that was a turn off. The water pressure from the shower in rooms on the 4th floor sucks. That's a big turn off.

To pay over $500 for a hotel, it would be nice to have a decent bathroom. The water was barely coming out of the shower head, the temperature was not great, and this probably sounds trivial but there are zero hooks in the room to hang your towels if you plan to reuse them.

The shower pressure was low & the needs a towel hook by the shower.The room needs more lighting.
