Good location
The hotel lobby is old and the elevator lighting is very dim. This is not what I think a good hotel should look like.

Price was comparatively good to other hotels in the area. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
We had checked with a manager (twice) to ensure that we could have catering from an outside restaurant and were told yes. The day of the event we were suddenly told no and had to have the restaurant deliver to a nearby park. We ate dinner in the rain. This was unacceptable and as a result, I will not return.

When booking the hotel, taxes and breakfast were included in the reservation, but the hotel once again counted breakfast, which should have been included in the reservation with the benefits of Booking Level 2, the price was inflated
