This property was originally built in 1913 as a luxury apartment building and now houses this small European-style hotel. The Windsor Inn Hotel's art deco lobby has original curved counters, moldings, and floor tiles from the 1920s renewal. All guest rooms include free WiFi and an private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Located 0.6 mi from Dupont Metro station and the 13th/U St Metro station, the hotel offers access to Washington DC and the surrounding areas. There are local restaurants and shopping located within walking distance of the property.

- The location was very quiet and felt safe.

Cons -
- Poor maintenance. Heat was full t that extent that I was feeling suffocated. I told the staff but they did not did anything till midnight. The windows and blinds were not working. Bedsheets were dirty. Furniture was old .
- Clogged toilet on arrival as well as toilet paper dispenser falling off wall. Sink water never got cool enough for drinking.
- I wish there was a fridge in the room
