NORTHEAST GARDEN INN.

A dirty hotel, it stinks, you cant even touch the doors because they are filthy. Coming from a third world country i was shocked to know America has such hotels. I was sneezing the whole night. That place is not even fit for animals. It should be closed.

The rooms was dirty with blood on the box frame , holes in the bed the room smelled like smoke. Hole in the covers very unclean we didn't even stay

No bueno. Very sketchy. No heat, tv didnt work. Looks like a shelter. Side entrances to get in apart from the main building. The elevator did not work and I was put on the 3rd floor. Staircase looked scary. 0/10 do not recommend

There was nothing I liked !

The window didn't close all the way, the sink was falling off the wall, the floor was dirty , the tv didn't have a remote, the shower was dirty , they didn't change the sheets the next day, it was a slum hotel at best

Place is filthy.Inhabitable.Owner is not truthful...has a " don't care" attitude.Rooms smell like death!

It was pretty much where smokers and people doing drugs stayed. There was only one light for the whole room and it by the front door

The hotel did not have all of the amenities as stated in their information. Room did not have a rash can (there was a white industrial 5gal bucket with a liner, at least it had a liner!) There was no alarm clock and no phone.

The Gentleman manning the customer desk was very helpul.the lady manning the desk overnight was also very helpful

Main drag. Close to many things.

Cigarette holes in bedding. NS room. Bathtub needed to be updated. Rust and undercoat coming through. Not enough light. TV remote didn't work. Few channels on tv. Desk clerk only person. I seemed to have bothered him by checking in. Room key bad.

The bed was decently comfortable and I was able to take an okay shower

No one was there and the lobby door was locked when I tried to check in. I knocked and called repeatedly for about 15 minutes. The clerk, eventually, showed up and checked me in. The toilet and shower had rust stains and the toilet didn't have a handle

Service, cleanliness, size of bathroom, pictures on website are wrong, no working smoke detector

Nothing it was disgusting

It smelled horrible and nothing was clean. The carpet hadn¿t been vacuumed in a while and the bedding wasn¿t clean. There was people playing music all night long and it smelled like weed and cigarettes.

I was a flight attendant for 17 years and I've stayed in hotels all over the world and the Northeast Garden Inn is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Very filthy, smelly. Will never recommend it to anyone. There were even bullet holes at the door.

Leaving it

The hotel is unsafe, the door was jammed open with a carpet when I arrived, there was a homeless man asleep in the stairwell, there where abandoned shopping karts in the hallways, the wall where dirty. The first room they gave me had holes in the wall and

It was across the street from a lot of good stores and it's near DC.

The place including the lobby is the filthiest place I've ever been. There were bullet holes in the wall. It stunk. No security you can get in and out of supposedly locked doors. The bathroom is so tiny they had to put a hole in the door just to close it

Best part was location. Everything else was absolutely horrid

Check in person was very rude and barely spoke English. Room looked like something out of a horror movie. Holes in curtains. No bedspread ¿only sheets. Door card refused to work so had to get a maid to get me into my room. Mold on bathroom ceiling & walls

Rats and roaches live her. The owners are animals that take advantage of the less fortunate.the garbage is over flowing they should call the health department. Coronavirus virus is really and they don¿t clean the towels or sheets in this inn hole in. Hole

Nasty place the owner say her change the rules whenever he wants to my face. They are nasty owners. Shut this place down please.

The hotel was very unsanitary and broke down . Also there was homeless drunk people sleeping in the hallways when we came out our room. It was terrible .

Nothing st all, a/c was extremely loud and no shower curtain. No blanket on the bed. Just bad service over all.

Yes. It was dirty, rusty, the hallway was really dirty. The room was dirty the air conditioning was bad. We had to change rooms three times. No paper towel. The Mattress are old and dirty...
