Clean room, resteraunt on and price

Hallways are dated

Quiet and clean.

Someone checked into my room based on us having the same first name. They had to give me another room.

The staff was very attentive and pleasant.

I wasn't able to unlock the gym with my key either night. Also, the parking lot didn't seem very secure.

Cost, location not bad except train tracks right behind it too much noise.

Had to change rooms because of smell in room. Heating unit kind of loud..

Beds are comfortable, small but nice bathroom, thermostat on tub faucet is a great feature

We were given the wrong room and walked in on sleeping guests and had to get another room. Owner having a conversation with another guest about calling the police if they aren't out by noon.

I had checked the day before about checking in early and they said yes I could check in early for an additional $25 up and arriving at 11 o?clock. I was told everything was sold out the lady at the desk. Her name was Terry

The hotel itself was fine. Clean and accessible. Safe location, close to McDonald's. No free breakfast or pool, which I thought they had. Price was low.

Not a good point for travel into DC. Money we saved from not staying in DC, we spent on LYFT to get back from the metro. Buses only run until 930pm. Pay a couple hundred more and stay in DC or near Airport

Location is perfect for me. I've stayed here many times. Always satisfied.

Refrigerator did not work. First time I've had this problem.

The location was convenient to the places I was going

The hallways and lobby smell like Marijuana, there was ants all over the night and the deck and counter, the stopper in the sink was suck and the water wouldn't go down, there was roaches running down the side of the refrigerator, stains on the sheets

odor in room. front desk receptionist. general manager responsiveness to queries-non existent. theft of personal belongings.noise from wall unit HVAC

Cleanness and comfort

Being annoyingly strict about check out time otherwise you have to pay and 11am is early for this type of hotel.

The bath tub water was hot

I didn?t like the female staff there during the day. I was placed there due to domestic violence by the state attorney of Maryland . My key would not work and I was not allowed back in my room because I didn?t have my id on me. It was in the room.

Broken refrigerator, wi-fi didn?t reach our room, and the neighborhood is sketchy.

The room was much better than expected. Very clean and up to date.

The location was a little sketchy. The front desk had Plexiglas around it-not sure if this was from Covid or the location.

This hotel had a gym.

This hotel didnt offer coffee or tea and breakfast in the lobby.

It was close to a place I was visiting. The restaurant attached looked good, although I didn't eat there.

The room I had was a bit gloomy and the 2 TV stations I was most interested in were unwatchable (poor reception for CNN and MSNBC).

No security for vehicles a guest had his tires stolen and left on bricks. So sad.

Nasty not safe place car theft dirty bed skirts will never be back! They were photo copy information. And room service is sketchy. 0 stars given! I would not book of respectability working citizen.

The bathroom faucets were visibly held together with sodding/glue. The place was clean but not in a good location right next to the train tracks.

When I checked in the man working the desk was extremely rude and also wouldn¿t take my cash and he stated a fake policy saying they couldn¿t take cash when I have been there many times and paid in cash. He began to take a copy of my card information
