Good value for money and friendly staff. The hostel is quite large and has a nice layout with spacious common areas. The reception staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made check-in and communication easy.

The location is very good, and it is affordable. You get to meet different worldly travelers. It is a nice experience.

I didn't like the bedding arrangement I hit my head several times staying in the top bunk. The beds are a little too thick for an avg height person like myself and basically you got to crawl in and out the bed. The showers could improve as they can get scalding hot the longer you use them or they just go cold.

I loved that i had a card to access the room. The room was clean. Towel included and there is space for bag, but u need your own lock

Shower gel would be nice but If u have your own then no problem at all. I really liked this place.

Parking is expensive. Additionally, the daily rate listed on Booking or the hotel's website doesn't include the $9 tax, bringing the total to $59 per day.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

The dated shower and wonky shower head with a goofy combo soap/shampoo dispenser should all be replaced.I wish we had known the pool was not in operation. It was 80 degrees and perfect weather to use the pool. If t hotel says they have a pool, I generally assume it is operational.

The location is very good, the style and concept of the hotel were nice. They reimbursed the parking fee to make up for the AC.

The AC was not working and even though they knew before we reserved, they only let us know a few hours before our reservation. It was a difficult night without the AC.

The air conditioning was not working and had been broken for four days prior to my arrival. Outside temp was 27C, very stuffy inside hostel. The temporary solution installed in my room was noisy and not completely effective, so sleeping conditions were uncomfortable. At least the staff advised at check-in that I could cancel my reservation for free because of this problem which was good. I've stayed here before with no problem and would give it another chance.
