The cleanliness, space of rooms, location, and great staff

First room we got wasn’t prepped for new guest so get better with letting the front desk know when rooms are ready

The location was great! It is only 20 minutes away from the union station if you need to travel by bus or train. Room was spacious and clean which was a plus since we had many large luggage. Bed was comfortable and staffs were friendly. They provide free shuttles to union station (1 mile range service). Breakfast was also okay.

We tried to use the provided shuttle, but it took too long to come so spare more time than we did (we spared 1 hour and it's only 20 minutes drive away, but the shuttle came after 30 minutes of wait which by that point we already called a Lyft to the station instead).

The breakfast wasn't spectacular

Coffee should be stronger. Food was varied and plentiful. Bed was not made up nor towels replaced after the first night of stay. Was unaware there was a $45 parking fee per day; should be included in nightly rate. Property allowed an early check in which was very much appreciated. Temps were in triple digits but pool was unavailable for use. Really appreciated the full kitchen. Loved the availability of the free shuttle to get to and from Metro. Should have a reference guide/book in the run with hotel info and places to eat/shop, etc in the area. The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer nor more helpful. This really sets a tone for a stay.

The staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of options available. The room was spacious and quiet. Price was ok as well. We appreciated a free shuttle to Union station.

I was not informed about the deposit in advance but when I later checked why I was charged approx. 500 USD more, the receptionist explained it to me (approx. 70 USD per night). The hotel could be cleaner - it seems like there was no hoovering before we arrived, there were two big blue pills found under the TV table and pieces of dog food. During the first few days there was no room service and tidying up, but maybe it was caused by Christmas holidays and lack of staff. The last few days of our stay, cleaners stopped by us every day and asked whether they can tidy up the room. Kitchen could have been better equipped but it was fine. We smelled weed everywhere, even in our room.

Very good breakfast including scramble eggs, chicken carnitas, chicken tiga, yogurt, almond milk, fruits(I like blueberry and pineapple etc), waffle, coffee, boiled eggs etc.

The furniture was somewhat outdated

Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good especially the fresh fruit and juices, etc. we also really liked the shuttle. Joe the driver was very nice to us.
