- My visit this time was poor but I?ve had previous great stays.
Cons -
- Noise from highway was prevalent, the only way to fix that would be better insulation of the walls. informed hotel management of problems with the shower/tub faucet, noisy HVAC unit, noisy bathroom fan. Electrical outlet left side of bed needs replacing
- TV did not work it would freeze then reboot itself
- We were there for only 10 mins. We did not stay due to the smell and other conditions of this hotel. I tried to get a refund and they refused to give us our money back. They need to take our money they took from us and fix their elevator.
