    Pros +

    • Pretty hotel. Love the setup, with the big comfy lobby that looks up into the balcony, restaurant and bar. The indoor pool and hot tub were fabulous!
    • Staff were great.
    • This is the hotel where my husband and I started dating so it brings back wonderful memories. It doesnt feel like a hotel when you first walk in, it is very inviting.

    Cons -

    • The restaurant menu could have had a few more simple options, like kids foods. The breakfast setup was a bit confusing, with the hot food in the little cafe. We didn't understand that was for us, along with the cold food in the lobby.
    • Wifi did not work in the rooms. Fixtures were somewhat antiquated.
    • The fridge was not on and we had cold items that needed to be put away, and had to be thrown out due to them spoiling, and the heater is right next to the fridge, making it harder to get to temp. The fan in the bathroom was broken, so it becomes humid.

The four-poster king sized bed with the most comfortable mattress and pillows imaginable in a spacious room, with a fabulous bathroom and shower, the filet-mignon with sides of brussel spouts and grilled small potatoes, a lovely breakfast in the morning..

I'm trying to think of something...but nothing at all comes to mind...

Well appointed rooms do not make up for acoustical problems. When asked upon checking out how our stay was, we explained we didn't get much sleep due to noisy room. Desk clerk said nothing, just walked away without saying anything. Terribly rude.

Walls were acoustically porous! We clearly heard TV in one adjacent room until 11:30 PM and again starting at 5:30 AM. Opposite adjacent room listened to man snoring all night. When using bathroom, it sounded like adjacent guests were showering with us.

Pleasant lobby and restaurant areas. Nice fireplace and comfortable sitting areas. Snacks and beverages in the lobby. Looks nice from outside. Close parking.

Yes - overpriced for condition of room and overall condition of hotel. Room was very worn and needs serious updating - especially the bathroom. Verged on disgusting. Peeling wallpaper, yellow stain on floor around toilet, grout in shower tiles.

The Inn is a lovely place to stay. we enjoyed the indoor pool and chose the Inn over the 1820 B&B because the pool was there. It was lively as there was a wedding Friday. If you like hiking, kayaking, sightseeing it is all nearby.

the continental breakfast is very limited. All the cereals were sugar coated. The mattresses need replacement. We had a handicap room and the bar in the bath tub is below the soap dish!!!The bath chair they provided when we called was useless.

I was here for a wedding. There was a preset price for the family which I missed. The hotel said they would refund the difference. Then when the attendnt saw I booked through booking.com she said I booked through an outside source and she could not help. I was just looking for a little refund to the price everyone else said if there is anway to do that. I would be most happy with a $50 refund which is less than the difference. I am not greedy. Thank you.

Beautiful building and loved the holiday decorations. Love the complimentary breakfast.

Walls are a bit thin but parties ended at 10 so that was courteous. The fitness center was too hot.

    Good location.

Price to confront ratio is way off. Old property without any updates. Way overpriced for what you get.Breakfast on paper plates.
