Absolutely nothing remind me of the Bates motel in a scary movie

I didn't like anything about this hotel it look like it was under construction for years the rug was dirty and funky it was very nasty and trifling

It was a disappointment, staff do their best but the place smells of cigarettes starting at reception area, lighting is poor and bedding were dirty and stained. A lot of improvements are required. The only good thing was the two staff memberslllll

Because of the bad condition the hotel was in I canceled my stay and they refused to give me my refund. I am never going back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Close to highway

I person in the staff was helpful the mid day lady was rude

Beds were very comfortable.

The manager/owner of the hotel which was an older woman was extremely rude, unprofessional and had no personality. Having worked and managed various hospitality businesses I was disappointed. The service was down right deplorable.

Pets allowed

Harassing staff, threats to charge extra after asking for late checkout, attempted complaining to management and continued being hung up on repeatedly. Tv/remote didn?t work stuck on same channel for 3 days. No attempt to change trash/shests/towels 3 days

3rd night saw BED BUGS AND ROACHES 2AM TOLD US WE COULD MOVE FROM 123 TO 129 STILL SAME PROBLEM AFTER WE DID OUR OWN BED TREATMENT LOTS MORE ROACHES I'VE NEVER IN MY 60 YRS OF LIFE LIVED LIKE THIS. WE DID CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. OUTLETS NEED FIXED.

Super hot room, dirty wooden floors, uncomfortable sagging beds

We had to get an extra room because we had 5 people. I had a air mattress for my youngest son to. Nasty nasty hotel. Stinks and it?s hot. And they tripple charged me.

Staffs always nice

I was only surprised it didn¿t have bedbugs and cockroaches. The manager was rude and kept staring at my daughter like a creep. The place was absolutely filthy hair on the bed hair in the tub dust all over the tables and headboard. very dirty.!

This place was extremely dirty very poor condition, and the manager is a creep. The place stunk like marijuana all through the building. Absolutely disgusting!

Window opened, clean sheets

Diarrhea was in toilet upon arrival! Unnecessary $1.50 charge after room was paid in full, he said it would be returned but it was not. They didn't deserve a tip for the gross toilet surprise, also the walls were very dirty.

Good location next to excellent NY-style deli and easy highway access. Pleasant staff, very pet accomodating, rooms simple but clean and comfortable.

Okay that hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but 24-hour coffee service would be nice (and probably reduce use and cleaning of in-room coffeemakers).

The price

The issues with the Wi-Fi were unbelievable. I do a lot of work online and the connection kept failing ultimately jeopardizing my work. And what finally sealed the deal for me was they would only give us one towel per person!

Pleasant staff, easy I84 access. Clean and comfortable. Liberal pet policy.

A continental breakfast or at least 24 hour coffee would have been nice. The facility is set up to serve breakfast.

Remote control for tv didn¿t work. Refrigerator had an annoying high pitched hum. Had to unplug it so I could sleep.

Thin walls and people in room next to us were doing drugs and left the tv on all night. Seems to me that people are using this as a place to live

Yes, long wait to check in. Because other guests room was dirty not ready - 4 hrs after said check ins could begin. So staff left the check in desk empty. Entire Hotel smelled like marijuana - even with clear instructions of a no smoking facility.

The whole room the bathroom ceiling was leaking I couldn't take a shower the door handle was busted. It was just terrible I wouldn't recommend that hotel even if was the only hotel in the city
