Bathtub was a little dingy no alarm clock my first night the next day nobody came to clean the room

Gentleman that waited on us was very nice and went us clean pillow cases.

Hairs on our pillow, poorly maintained, lacking help.. curtains are sun rotten. Big gap on top of door. to outside.

Lack of cleanliness, barely a continental breakfast, only available 7am-9:30am was all cheap. Nothing plugged in, had to move microwave to bedside table to use. Towels were cheap and like pumice. Bedding was stained, curtains old-not hanging well, sucked.

The room was extremely cold after an hour or two of being there.The floors were disgusting and turn my socks black.The walls were completely discolored and black with dust webs hanging over the bed and along the walls. It was overall an uncomfortable ex.

Nothing, it was absolutely terrible, none of the amenities were available except for breakfast, the front desk was not open 24 hrs as advertised, I left at 6am, because I was so uncomfortable in my room, I had to leave the room key in the door of the lob

Wet wash cloth on shower rod, stained flat sheet on bed, stains on carpet, broken desk chair.

Room was dark and dank. Rugs felt wet. Room had an odor probably because of the hot tub I never used. TV didn?t work the last night or next day. Cobwebs behind the furniture. House keeping never came to the room to replace towels or condiments(coffee)

Bed was very uncomfortable and there was a medal piece sticking out from the frame that I kept hitting my leg on. Also the water pressure in the shower was horrible. I ended up leaving early and losing money.

Absolutely nothing. Pool is permanently closed. Breakfast disgusting.

I found a dried up dog poop on my hotel floor under a chair. Absolutely disgusting. Called and they refused to refund me and DID NOT even bother to come pick it up. Gave me nothing but attitude. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel should not be listed. This was the most horrific hotel I ever been to. Dirty beyond words, mold, carpet filthy, every surface gross. Linens disgusting, bathroom never cleaned. Door looked broken, safety concerns.Tear it down, the Bates Motel!

Nothing!!!!!! Dirty,smelly, no information on how to reach the management about the extremely load tv in the next room that started at 5:00 AM. Drunk people outside late at night being extremely loud. No place to put ones toiletries.

Just the toilet paper roll should maybe have been placed on the front corner of the sink counter. Kind of hard to get at.

The breakfast met minimum standards to be called a continental breakfast. The water pipes in the bathroom were connected in reverse. Hot was cold and cold was hot in both the bathroom sink and tub.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean,the beds are comfortable and the prices are well within this families pricerange.

Large, clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Easy access from nearby parking. Decent restaurants for breakfast and dinner adjacent. Good shower size and water pressure. Low price.

Windows need blinds, in addition to the existing curtains. The bright light in the access-way right outside Rm 123 is on 24/7, forcing occupants to keep the curtains closed 24/7.

Coffee pot had mold all over bottom of it. Bed with sheet over blanket to hide stains/cigarette burns..non smoking room. No comforter in freezing room Only enough towels for1 person Stated deposit online for hot tub room. Did not say cash only.

The room was filthy and smelled terrible. Pee stains were coving the upholstered chair. Stains were covering the thin white blanket on the bed. Pulled the blanket back only to discover a fresh pee stain on the sheets and another woman's long hair & lint
