Pros +

  • The Restaraunt was unreal. Truly amazing.
  • The only remarkable thing about this hotel was how little it offered for how expensive it was.
  • The location was great. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Cons -

  • The continuous loud banging on the roof at midnight(staying on level 9). Sounded like something heavy being dropped on the roof repeatedly. Pool and gym are extremely small and not well equipped.
  • The lady at the front desk was so rude. I was in line behind a deaf woman, a handicapped man and another woman.. she was very rude to them and me. Key card stopped working. Shower had no door. No fridge/microwave. Bathroom had hairs and door was dirty.
  • The only parking available was valet. The only breakfast available was the hotel restaurant. They didn¿t even have coffee available for guests in the lobby. You are required to install an app to use the Wi-Fi I would not have booked if I had known

Getting into the parking garage was difficult. Traffic was frequently backed up.
