Pros +

• Nothing.
• It was a great location big room big parking awesome experience
• Location was good

Cons -

• The noise from the air conditioning and heating inside the room is unbearable; you can't sleep, you can't rest. I had to leave the hotel before my reservation ended and go pay for another hotel, and even though I complained, they didn't refund me anything.
• Literally the worst place I have ever stayed. Bedspring stuck out of side of bed - have bruise on my leg from it; flooring was uneven and peeling - scraped foot on it; stuff on wall (not old paint or scuff marks but some spot on the wall - possibly feces- that had not been wiped off; stuck on stuff on floor; shower (water pressure was great) but shower head was not movable so unless you were 5'7" it hit you in the face or on top of the head and it leaked into the bathroom and did not drain - so you ended up standing in puddle of water. Peep hole in the door had old tissue or toilet paper stuffed in it. Extremely noisy neighbors especially between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. and walls and ceiling are paper thin. Had to go through 3 people in office to get any resolution (as in leaving early and want a refund). I've never written such a poor review before and have stayed at more than 50 hotels/motels/inns in the past 3 years.
