- Shuttle service was excellent and the driver was pleasant. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.
- Mi hijo le encant� excelente
- This hotel was great, we loved the spa tub in the bedroom and were shockingly surprised when we went in the room and we had a mirror on the ceiling above the bed. It was definitely an experience I wouldn?t mind replaying.
Cons -
- The shuttle was late coming and going
- One of the noisiest hotel stays in quite some time with people talking loudly and even yelling throughout the overnight in hallway. Wish someone would design better shades so the heat/AC system didn't make the handles bang all night.
- Toilet was broken resulting in a fall :-( advised hotel staff and they did nothing to offer compassion or empathy. Barely an apology just a I?ll have someone check it out.
