Quite and the price.
For the price is a quiet and clean place. Everything works.

Cons -

Very old did not have even shower curtain
I was handed a dirty, used room key envelope upon checking in. I was grossed out. Dirty laundry bags lined the hallway. Won?t go there again.
No elevator.
