Overall, it was a good experience

Yes, the second day of my stay, the young woman that was on at the front desk was very rude terrible language very aggressive. I thought she was gonna hit me. Actually she actually followed me to the elevator and punched the elevator door

TV didn’t work. Toilet was filthy. Roach was seen in bathroom on countertop.

The breakfast isn't good. The food is way overcooked. Saw a roach by the 1st floor vending machines

The temperature unit in the romm did not work properly. Without air flow the romm smelt. The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. This hotel got to be 2 stars not 2.5 stars.

Excessively long wait to be checked in, water leaking in the entrance doors,, and our air conditioner barely worked.

I found roaches in my room located on my bed.

The staff was very helpful when I complain about the foul odor and dirtiness room. They change us to another room immediately. The hotel rugs look nasty soil on common areas. The elevator make annoying noise, we thought we will be stocked inside.

A disaster had no where to sleep for the night

Lots of room, clean, friendly staff. Really appreciated a nice hot breakfast with great eggs and sausage / bacon - not just breads. Thank you!

light blocking curtains did not close all the way - the room had too much light all night long. It was the noisiest toilet flush ever. It seemed really loud in the middle of the night - hahaha!

The room was spacious and had good furniture.

we arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm and out 4 rooms were not ready. The receptionist had every excuse to why the rooms were not ready ( we only have 2 housekeepers, one called out). When we asked to when the room swill be ready, she didn't know.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

They could use more cable channels.

The hotel did not have our reservation and so we had to find another hotel to stay at. Hopefully we will get our money back

Given a double queen room without mention when I booked a king, was then offered a suite only to find it unmade and was then given another double queen. The room had noticeable amounts of human and dog hair and mold was forming in the bathtub.

Ease of access off the highway and the staff was very friendly.

We were in 214 and the third floor residents were making noise until midnight every night we were there. It sounded like they were running sprints in their room. The coffee was terrible but the rest of the breakfast was excellent.

Comfortable rooms.

No microwave in the rooms. Loud repairs being done in next room prior to checkout time.

It¿s always a good stay and local but this time power went out and it was cold no heat.

No power and no heat. Waiting on hotel to reply on a reimbursement or another night will be great. Stay was 1/14/22-1/15/22 today is 1/17/22 and no answer.

The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were we extremely clean. Staff was so amazing.

The beds were SO HARD. We didn¿t sleep well because it was so bad. Also, the neighboring room was playing loud music and banging on the walls and it took FOUR calls to staff to get resolution. They had to move the people to a different room...

Morning breakfasts were excellent. The desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were very comfortable.

Housekeeping staff was lacking. One day all the towels and soap were removed & not replaced. Had to go down to the lobby at 9:30pm. For 2 days did not come in at all. Finally, the main trash can was never emptied.
