Very very nice staff...worked with our situation as our home was destroyed by flooding...they were patient and ULTRA accommodating, I would recommend this motel.

Better lighting and more outlets...but that is minor for sure..

Response to my complaint about hair in my bed and getting a smoking room when I requested a N/Smoking room three times.

Very nice room. Desk clerk super nice.

Heavy door that sticked a little. However heavy door means harder to break in. Might be a negative however still a positive.

Staff was friendly

Room was filthy and dated. It also appeared that there were drug dealers working out of the motel. I was also overcharged for the pet fee - I was told it would be $10 but I was charged $25.

Friendly and very helpful staff also it was very convenient to where I was visiting and dining. This hotel were very accommodating to my needs and wants, bed was comfortable and clean, easy access to my room at all hours.

One issue was the mini fridge was a bit noisy during the night.

This was perfect for a short motel stay. The staff was very helpful and the location was great. There was a great restaurant nearby, as well as a convenience store across the street and a coffee shop right there.

The only thing I felt was missing was a coffee maker in the room, but it wasn't advertised that there was, so no misrepresentation at all.

The staff was polite and quick checking me in.

The towels were all stained and also the shower curtain. I only needes to sleep for 4 hours in between work and obviously its a known place for drug traffic because soon as i began to exit lot i was pulled over and asked why i was staying there

Yes, it was dirty. The blankets were stained. The towels were dirty. The floor mat was damp when we got there. It smelled very bad. You had no fire exit. ALL of the windows were painted closed

Staff was great. Made unappreciated effort to get the roo o m ready for us as we had a wedding in the area. Check in time in confirmation was 12, but 2 pm at location.

Main lobby was dingy and smelled.

Whatever I liked was paled in comparison to the fact that they charged me an extra night when I attempted to do a second night. This was a stay due to my house burning down. Red Cross gave me emergency relief for this. This hotel refusing to correct their mistake, which they then lied about, caused me to have to sleep outside on the street in Moosup, Connecticut. This was humiliating and it was 33 degrees and raining.

They charged 126 dollars to my emergency relief Red Cross card, causing me to have to sleep behind a Cumberland Farms in the rain. My house burned down. Thank God I found somewhere for my children to sleep.
