Interlaken Inn

Location is the only reason to stay here and I?d look for any and all other options.

Hotel is run down. Rooms need to be updated. Rooms are damp and musty with loud, old AC running all day. Food is a disaster. Limited choices horrible service.

The hotel is totally outdated in its decor. and no cell service, the staff, the bar tender & the front desk were great . Wine list poor,restaurant is not the woodlands.Lack of occupants vs the White Hart,sends a message.

Close to ski mountain

Lots of things: dirty, shower head almost fell off, water went from boiling hot to freezing while showering, looked like blood stain behind toilet, pipes banging in the night, staff was not around even when we rang the bell, restaurant and spa not open

1. The receptionist who checked us in was excellent. I wish I paid better attention to his name. There were two checking in guests at the time and he was much more personable than the other line.2. Great beds and nice floors3. Nice pool

1. Mildew/mold in the shower2. Air conditioner was dirty and there were dryer sheets blocking the air flow3. The sliding door did not lock4. Breakfast, while was a decent continental, ends very early for a Sunday. However when we arrived (955), a server said they would extend for a little while.

Loved the location and comfortable. Loved our interactions both nights with Bob at the bar. What a wonderful man.

Bathroom was not up to standards, not very clean and smelled musty.

Although the drive to the inn was long, that is what added to its appeal. Very remote, back woods, and quiet.

No washer & dryer.

Very comfortable room part of a complex of buildings on beautiful grounds. Very well maintained. A very welcoming and accommodating staff.

I think for the price, the shower heads could be upgraded to not feel like a garden hose...

We loved the landscaping, the pool, the lake, and all the expanse. It’s a big property ! We had the pool to ourselves.

No problems

They got us in last minute after other plans fell through. The room was clean comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It’s not a great value for the price.

Close to where I needed to be

Damp inside , musty , young children running around inside with a wet dog. No information regarding where things were and no dead bolt on door. First time I used a chair to barricade door. Room was almost 400.00 dollars a night. 2 lumpy beads a small balcony overlooking parking lot with tree branches onto the balcony. Showers were updated but glass not extended enough so floor soaks each shower. Random tag sale furniture . 1 reg coffee for kuerig and 5 decaf. Very loud in hallway as children run up and down from 7am until 10 pm. You really must see this place for yourself Booking.com. Other guests told me they paid half what I did and their rooms were nicer. Just not at all what I expected. It was like a summer camp.

Location, ease of access

The staff was weird. Isaiah messed up my booking twice. The gentleman named Winn was very creepy, always lurking around every transaction and very slow to fix my room keys which stopped working because my reservation was wrong. They catered to a big wedding and the other guests did not seem important. The manager Winn was always staring at me and the security guards would be very quiet and spooky when they showed up.

Brunch was supposed to be offered all weekend but on Saturday was just three things.

The room was loud, small and uncomfortable.

hard to say we did not like anything, except that the scent used to clean the lobby area carpeting was not appealing upon entering the hotel. other than that, everything was divine

Location is very convenient to Lime Rock Park

Very poor selection for the grab and go breakfast. At least bagels would have been nice.

The Hotel was right across the street from my sons school. So the convenience was what I was looking for.
