Nothing. I was never there.
I made a reservation at Hartford, WISCONSIN hotel. It was at the Hartford, CT hotel. Neither place was willing to budge. Customer service person said my room was ready in Connecticut!!! I explained that was more than 17 hours away by car!!!!! Bad service
