- Nearly everything. The room had a greasy film on the floor, the shower had about 3 minutes of hot water before it went cold (every time we tried using it, no matter the time), the stairwell closest to our room was in disrepair. Drug addicts galore here.
- The Heater/A was loud. The Bathroom Exhaust Fan stayed on and was loud. The Beds where on a Flat Platform and slid if you weren't careful
- Floor dirty..black mold all over refrigerator molding. No pool or fitness room as advertised

Close to beach

Not much
The room was gross , sticking, moist . The bed was wet ish and the pillows were grossly moist . There was a used bar of soap left in the shower .
