Quiet

Unclean, poorly maintained, smelly

Easily accessible to and from the highway. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel had an adequate continental breakfast. Check out is easy. There is a Walmart less than a five minute drive away and multiple restaurants nearby.

The downside to the Continental breakfast was that if you went the last hour that it was served, there was not much left and the continental breakfast area was a mess. The trash cans were full and there was no adequate space to add more trash.

The hotel was quiet.

The bed was not comfortable- old spring mattress. Bathroom door didn't close. The window was broken and clearly taped for awhile. chair had a rip and dirty. Staff- no one says hi. Literally flopped to the side and dressed unprofessionally.

The room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was a little small, and the hot breakfast in the morning was decent.

Only stayed for one night, I didn¿t get to experience much.

That it was non smoking on the floor I was on and the water was very hot staff was helpful and courteous and pleasant

More choices of food Donuts flavored creamers a plus

The location is great. Lots of restaurants to choose from directly around the hotel. Shopping area not to far from hotel either

The room was completely dusty, not vacuumed properly, windows are so dirty we couldn't see out of them. The breakfast was poor so we ate elsewhere. I was extremely disappointed as what I paid did not meet expectations.

Check in was at 3 pm so I arrived at that time only to wait over a half hour for the person that worked there to check me in. Then I was given a room which wasn¿t cleaned up yet. Then I was given a different room which was clean but the room was dingy an

The staff when I checked in and out were great!

The room smelled very badly as if a sewage pipe bursted or the bathroom was used right before we went to the room.

The hotel was very clean and recently updated. The staff was friendly and informative. Close to restaurants, walking distance.

Even though hotel was only 10 minutes away from airport, hotel did not offer shuttle service. Taxi's did not frequent the area and not reliable, and you have to use ride share services.

It was quiet, clean and comfortable for a decent price.

The breakfast was truly awful unless you wanted cereal. The ¿eggs¿ were flat discs - overcooked and unappetizing. People had spilled waffle mix all over the counters. You need to spring for someone other than the desk clerk to man the breakfast area.

Large room and bathroom. Very clean.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice. Good breakfast too.

The cleanliness factor was less than desirable. Found hair in the tub and the toilet was not properly cleaned upon arrival.

Quiet, friendly staff, willingness to accommodate late checkout.

2/3 things in the exercise room weren¿t working properly, and the pool that was advertised appears to be permanently closed.

In an area with restaurants and shopping and 10 miles from Bradley International Airport.

Ants in the room! They had two reservations on file but we only booked one room! I was promised a refund for one of my rooms. But when time came to refund, they had every possible reason to deny me. People who work here are liars. Don't book!

WiFi was down, and the ice machine, staff could care less

Clean and appears to be newly renovated.

Breakfast - A frozen breakfast sandwich and bow of cereal does not make a breakfast buffet.

The room was clean, there a lot of places to eat in the area, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I did not appreciate that we had to be woken up in the middle of the night for a fire drill. I had to wake all of my children and escort them out of the building and we didn't even receive an explanation. That was inconvenient and annoying.
