- The staff so friendly and welcoming
- The room was clean and I didn?t think it was going to be as clean by looking at the 2star rating.
- My bathroom door was broken . When I closed The door, the handle popped off and I could not get out. The front desk told me they were too busy to send someone to my room. After 45 minutes locked In the bathroom, I called 911. Poor cusromer service
Cons -
- First off, when i'm looking for a hotel with a pool and a fitness center, i think I should be notified if it's closed, so no pool or fitness center. Then the hotel says they offer a breakfast in the AM. NO, they don't.
- The breakfast was cold and not a hot breakfast. It was more like a grab and go breakfast and not a sit down.
- The sink was clogged, bathroom had hair all over, the sheets were stained, the comforter was stained, awful location, low income scary people around it at night
