1ST ROOM ASSIGNED TO WASN'T EVEN CLEANED WOKE UP BOTH MORNINGS TO HORRIBLE NOISE LAST MORNING WOKE UP TO A CUSTOMERS PITBULL KILLING A SMALL DOG A FEW DOORS DOWN BC OWNERS LET ANY BREED OF DOGS STAY THERE PEOPLE AT MOTEL

The room had a bed

The room had fruit flies coming from an unknown source, smelled of urine, and had an AC that only made the room warmer. It's a one star hotel, not a 2 star.

I've used this hotel 2 yrs in a row, and the staff has always been awesome, caring, and helpful. Thank you! We will definitely be using this facility for our yearly Denver trip.

We checked in @1130pm &our room hadn't been cleaned yet.We didn't mind @all to wait for it to be cleaned but instead they gave us a new room, so we didn't have to wait. They were really embarrassed and apologized for the inconvenience. We will be back!

The staff was pleasant.

the room smelled like smoke. It was noisy. The room did not have a key because the key card machine was down. The room was poorly cleaned.

The only thing I liked was the rate.

I was disappointed with total appearance. The room smelled like cigarettes. The pillows were old and worn. I was just not happy. People outside talking all night. I had a hard time sleeping.

Clean, renovated room.

We were in a room next to where the maintenance people live. An adjoining door between our rooms: heard the couple arguing much of the night, their little dog barking very early in the morning. The door was so thin we could even smell their dinners.

Yes, it wasn't a 2 star hotel more like a sleazy motel. Also the room available was a hanicap with a full bed not a queen or king size ... Etc.

Absolutely nothing the place is a dump!!!!

Everything. Dirty rooms,live In's weren't told about,kid riding skateboard in front of room doors, pot heads all around the place. And pool closed because it was dirty. Booked from California for 4 days, spent 1 day got the hell out of there. Truly a dump

They were disorganized, they couldn't find our reservations, and made us wait until after 6 to check in.

Nothing - this is definitely NOT a 2 star hotel. I would be surprised if it ranked among the 1 star hotels.

Almost everything. It was supposed to be smoke free, but didn't smell like it. It was a tiny, dirty room and the coffee maker was on with old coffee in the pot. The A/C was very touchy, and staff had a hard time finding a 'clean' room on check-in.

hotel was dirty, room was disgusting, smelled horrible, burned cigarette marks on furniture, filthy carpet-did not stay it was sooo bad-walked in and left. Felt like a place where drugs were being sold-felt unsafe. Do not stay here.

1.The room they originally put us was terrible right next to freeway noise for a handicapped room it was awful.2. The next room they moved us to the Television was not working, we asked to be fixed on three separate day's Still it was not fixed. They did

Cheap, and conveniently located

Despite being a non smoking room, our room clearly smelled of smoke.

The only good thing about this hotel was that it was close to our family. Apparently our 90 year old grandmother has heard of the place and it's reputation for drugs. Thankfully we were only sleeping there and steady there were no bugs.

We booked our rooms months in advance of a family trip, hoping for rooms close to the other family in our party. They did try originally but attempted to put our 3 person family in a single bed room. Also our room only got cleaned 3/ the 7 days.
