Construction mess. Overpriced. Dated.
On the location of the lodge is very convenient. The staff for the most part is very accommodating. There is a gentleman that works at the front desk that is a little rude.
The rooms have no air conditioning. The natural cooling of the mountain air doesn¿t take place till about three in the morning. The rooms are very small. The drains need some cleaning. We got bad info from front On 4 of July events
It is an amazing location in the center of beaver creek village. Also great to have free parking ( unheard of) and access to park Hyatt's great spa.
The heat didn't work real well and there was a lot of light in the room at night so sleeping was tough.
The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was great especially hotel employee at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful.
