Residence Inn by Marriott Vail

Not much. Never staying there again. Terrible customer service. Just BAD!

Noise level was terrible. Ever door slams very loudly due to the closer. Security was nonexistant both troubled nights. No one could care. Management sucks!

There was a sticky alligator toy stuck to the ceiling when we got to the room.

They don?t tell you when you check in that they bill $45+tax per night for parking. Appliances in room that beep every 60-seconds. Staff that doesn?t address any problems. The piece of plywood they call a mattress. Horrible bar service.

It was clean and beautifully furnished The breakfast was also excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Their pet policy was very expensive.

Very good breakfast selections and quality. Room was very clean and comfortable. The provided shuttle bus to the village center was very convenient.

The 2nd day of our stay, the cleaning staff missed our room entirely, not emptying the trashcan, refreshing the coffee items, and changing out our towels. When we came back from the day's events, I personally went to the front desk, informed them of the situation, and asked if someone could go up and take out our trash and provide 2 sets of new towels. They hesitated at first to help, but, then assured me that someone would come up, empty our trash and provide new towels. No one ever came up. What a horrible night staff. Why would a hotel with your reputation let lazy and non responsive employees ruin your image?

Paid parking is 35-45 per day, no room cleaning unless requested

The ambience and view from hotel were really good. The stuffs were friendly and lots of things to do in the property. The shuttle service to and from vail village were timely and was really helpful. The sunset deck offered a very pretty and direct view of the mountains!

I did not find any complaint to note.
