Sofa bed was not comfortable

Rooms were clean and large. Supported us and two 16-year old grandsons. Local transportation into Vail is free and accessible from hotel during summer. Very quiet w/ door & windows open for air circulation, even w/ small children next door.

NO air conditioning in this hotel! Even in Vail it is hot in July during the day. Neither hot tub worked. Grills had broken ignitors so had to find a lighter to use them. Shower head broke off during a shower. No staff enthusiasm. Resort or extort fees?

Location was great. Staff was VERY friendly and courteous. Price was good for what we got. Will definitely come back

Cost for the location was really good. Only spent an overnight but it was a good stay.

The parking info is false: only 1 car can park at property and Vail has extremely restricted parking policy-fine for the street parking, parking garage is for $35 or 60/var /day.. the diswasher and fridge was not wirking fine, staff is not really helpful, the pool is very dirty, water looked very murky

Great location, clean!

No tv remote for master bedroom, went to front desk and was told they were out.

Very spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodations. Aesthetically pleasing and fully-equipped with everything a renter needs. Easy access and easy parking, plus a helpful desk staff from morning until 10 pm. Excellent, excellent value.

Did not get the daily housekeeping, but it may be because we left the apartment too late each day.

Location to vail village was perfect

Spa was not clean . Had lot of bugs No AC

There was no loud traffic noises nearby and lots of privacy.

There was no air conditioning in the unit and no close restaurants. Also it was quite a walk to the bus stop.

Comfortable condo with everything we needed. Easy parking and access.

The only two downsides were that the shuttle doesn’t run in the summer, something we don’t know until we checked in; and the pool/spa hours were very limited.

Good location

I was surprised how warm Vail is in June. They don’t do air conditioning, so our room was uncomfortably warm … we would not be able to stay there in July and August

Great price, great location. Unit had everything we needed and bed was very comfortable. Close to trail along Gore Creek is beautiful.

Reasonable price for the area and clean and plenty of space.

Didn’t have ac in rooms which I know isn’t needed 90percent of the time but it was unusually hot. The bedroom window was broken so we couldn’t open it to get fresh air. Therefore it was uncomfortably warm at night. They did have fans however.

The shower head, the water comes out at a very high rate of speed and the curtain wouldn't stay closed.

It was nice and quiet at night and had a great pool for the daytime. very spacious room. good wifi. would love to stay again.

solid value. good apartment size. Apartment had everything needed to make the stay enjoyable.

Seemed to be a constant dripping sound in the ceiling. Had to use floor fans for white noise.
