Ute Mountain Casino Hotel

We had a lot of fun and a great experience in the casino

The room! The bed was comfortable which is always nice, but the a/c was ridiculously noisy! It was hot out, so a/c was definitely needed, but every time the a/c kicked on, it sounded like an airplane was landing in the room! We barely slept all night.

I did not like the attitude and the over all service, accomodations where fine, a little pricey for what you get. if I would have known , would have stayed in cortez at a hotel with breakfast included

I was extremely bothered that staff allowed a little yappy dog a couple doors down. I was under the impression there were only service dogs allowed. I brought it to the front desks attention. The lady just stared at me. Didn't say a word.Not again.

The hotel is clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is in between Mesa Verde National Park & Four Corners Monument

We were put in an adjoining room with another guest/ family and there were no locks on the adjoining room doors. Also, I would skip the seafood buffet. I read that the other buffets were good so I¿m just speaking for the Friday Seafood Buffet

Hadn¿t stayed here for about 5-6 years. It¿s nicer than I remembered. Perhaps they have done a remodel. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel and casino were clean and looked great. I would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant has a buffet instead of the once delicious menu they usto have not a fan of the buffet bring back the better food

Beds were super comfy. Inexpensive for such good rooms. And great breakfast buffet!!!

water got turned off for plumbing work when it came back on the noise at 5 am woke me up. The toilet in my room was loud I called the front desk didnt seem to bother them

• Keurig coffee machine in room• Shampoo, body wash and conditioner • Plentiful pillows

• Rude check-in clerk; would rather be on her phone instead of assisting me checking in• VERY uncomfortable bed!! • Platform bed frame was too big and I bruised up my shins• Didn't want to give me the breakfast buffet that was advertised • EXTREMELY over priced hotel

The property was clean and comfortable.

The service desk for members cards were closed.

Awesome breakfast buffet..

The water in the shower was scalding, no cold water.and I couldn)'t rinse all the soap.

First of all dead mouse in the front entrance n 2nd didn’t like the smoke smell when you walk in, smells so bad that it lingers into the rooms n last our heater wasn’t working at all n we switched rooms in the middle of the night

Rooms we’re perfect staff very friendly. Clean and comfortable

Only thing we didn’t like was we had to leave
