i loved the location of the hotel, the layout of the room and all of the amenities.

There was some really long black hair plastered on the side of the shower wall - it was kinda disgusting

The room was great, loved the fireplace and comfy beds, the full kitchen was excellent to cook in.

Pool could have been warmer.

Everything was ok until we found a bed bug. The hotel was given the information and the bug in a plastic bag but has never bothered to inform us of what it was or what is being done about it even though I emailed them for the information.

Rooms have sitting area and a kitchen.

The noise form the highway.

Location access to downtown. Also, the room for the price was excellent, and we happened to get a great view of the mountains.

The staff wanting to sell us on something like a timeshare.

I loved the room we had in our condo. It was great having a washer and a dryer.

I did not like not having WiFi in our room. We would have had to pay for basic or go to guest services to use it for free.

Room was better thannexpected

There was pet smell at builing 4 enterance and was very strong On hallways too but a bit less

Overall layout of room, furnishings, etc. The resorts 2 pools allowed for space between users.

We had partners on the floor above us that didn't adhere to 10 p.m. quiet time. Called front office twice. Was told they were the only person in office so couldn't go to the room. He finally got them on the phone. They quieted down for about 5 minutes.

Basketball court, playground, pools, washer dryer units in rooms.

No onsite restaurant or bar

The rooms are nicely done with lots of space and very clean.

The internet didn't work at all. They provide a code that didn't work to comp the internet. I called and they gave me another one that charged half price for the internet.

Lots of fun things for kids to do, very clean.

The value of the suite based on price paid. Underground parking and luggage carts were a plus

The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
