Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Springfield

The staff is wonderful and very accommodating and the rooms were very clean.

The breakfast was horrible. I thought it was just a one day fluke but it wasn't any better on the second day. I don't know whats happened in the last year but the breakfast was wonderful a year ago.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

There was a smell of cooking in the hallways which is most likely due to extremely limited dining options in the area.

Plenty of parking. No problems with key card.

Internet was down for 7 hours. TV remote did not work. Breakfast was nearly all gone Friday morning for over an hour.

It’s quiet and cozy

Door to the room had to closed manually to lock.

Everything was very good for both of us. The one thing that stood out for us, was the fact at how quiet it was.

No beverage machine on second floor.

The front desk clerk, Ambrosia, was absolutely outstanding!!! So helpful and accommodating!! She made the stay easier after a long days drive!!

The morning staff is a bit of a train wreck. Spot lights right outside my window lit up the room a lot

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with a eggs, biscuit and gravy pancakes and waffles. Good location especially if you have a trailer.

Comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom.

Coffee was fair.

The room was clean and comfortable;

No elevator to second floor. Difficult to move baggage to room.

The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our 18 day trip. This was surprising as the town of Springfield is a small depressed area.

We were in town for a funeral. There were approximately 40 of us staying at this motel in a small rural farming community. The staff was exceptional—they allowed us to use the conference room as a gathering place and bent over backward to help us. The motel was nice but it was the staff who make it great.

The property was great! Staff was AWESOME! Very caring & attentive to our needs. We did not intend staying there but due to a snowstorm we parked for the night! John & his crew went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed & were taken care of. Should we ever happen to be in the area again, this will be the place we stay!

Friendly staff, very clean, excellent breakfast

Bed was a little hard.

Nice TVSpacey roomWell equipped Nice location CleanQuiet

Breakfast is awesome, it has everything we needed, you name it, location was excelente for us, close to highway and gas station.

Nothing dislike

It was clean and felt safe

The breakfast on our 2nd stay didn't have milk that wasn't frozen and alot was out even getting there by 7am

I had to cancel my card after staying here , it was charged multiple times after I checked out .

Being charged multiple times and not getting reimbursed. My door didn't lock.

Very conveniently located,, great breakfast, room clean and cozy, nice gym. I'd definitely go back and recommend it to my friends and family!
