They are remodeling and our room was unvaccummed and black mold on the ceiling of bathroom. The breakfast was a no thank you. It was and always is quiet.

For an older hotel, they have made many updates. The hotel was quiet and very clean. We stayed a in a family room which was larger and comfortable for everyone.

We had arrived around 9p, and the clerk on duty had already attempted to cancel our reservation only because his shift was ending. No access to extra bedding for couch pullout, AC not working properly, bunk bed somewhat unstable.

Nice room. Comfortable bed.

The hot breakfast was not very good.

Staffs are wonderful, breakfast is good and dining area is well maintained.

It was clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the event I was attending. I love the variety of the breakfast provided. They were very acommodating to let me stay a little past check out while I waited for a tow truck.

The hotel was quiet and the staff were pleasant. It was easy to check in and close to the places we wanted to go. We needed extra blankets and the host provided them immediately.

I expected a hot breakfast. It consisted of cold hard boiled eggs, bagels and bread for toasting, instant oatmeal and yogurt. Very disappointing! We were on the second floor and I had difficulty climbing the back stairs from the parking lot.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Was better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a disappointment. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30. We went around 8 and the selection was sparse. The only hot food a waffle machine and there was one cheese omelet left stuck to the bottom of the pan.

Very clean and well maintained, could do with a little bit more sound proofing, seemed like you could hear your neighbors, plus the train runs though the middle of town

Not a thing. They were supposed to have a pool and hot tub and both were empty because of renovations. I'm paralyzed and in a wheelchair and I didn't have access to any bathrooms in the building. I have never felt this way, completely violated

They said they were sorry and told me I could find another hotel. This was the most horrible experience I've had with hotels. I really should contact my attorney for the way I was treated. Such violation.

The staff, in particular was very friendly, courteous and very helpful in providing other establishments for dining and entertainment....

The pool had a heavy chemical smell and the pool was discolored. The cIerk said it was safe to use but all of our throats burned until the next morning. The next day the pool was closed. When we got home all of our suits are discolored and ruined.

Had a pool, albeit a small one, and a hot tub, which was better than other nearby hotels for similar prices

Hot tub didn't work very well. Breakfast was disappointing, as in I came out to almost nothing with an hour still left during breakfast hours, and had to seek someone out just to grab a few rather less than appealing options. Definitely not worth $---/nht

The rooms were recently renovated and very nice.
